Player Of The Year

Rules

Each player will be given points based on where they finish

within their flight for each Tournament that they play in.

The more Tournaments you play in, the better your chances are to win.

In the event of ties during a Tournament, there will be either a course or

card playoff to determine the places of the tied teams or players. The type

of playoff will be determined by the committee that is assigned to

run and oversee that particular tournament.

Points System

Four Man Team Events ( each flight )

( January thru October )

1st Place Team ~ 1.25 points for each player

2nd Place Team ~ 1 point for each player

3rd Place Team ~ .75 point for each player

4th Place Team ~ .5 point for each player

5th Place Team ~ .25 point for each player

Three Man Team Events ( each flight )

( January thru October )

1st Place Team ~ 1.66 points for each player

2nd Place Team ~ 1.33 points for each player

3rd Place Team ~ 1 points for each player

4th Place Team ~ .66 point for each player

5th Place Team ~ .33 point for each player

Two Man Team Events ( each flight )

( January thru October )

1st Place Team ~ 2.5 points for each player

2nd Place Team ~ 2 points for each player

3rd Place Team ~ 1.5 points for each player

4th Place Team ~ 1 point for each player

5th Place Team ~ .5 point for each player

Individual Events ( each flight )

( January thru October )

( excluding match play )

1st Place ~ 5 points

2nd Place ~ 4 points

3rd Place ~ 3 points

4th Place ~ 2 points

5th Place ~ 1 point
